- Banh Canh is a Vietnamese dish. It includes soup made from shrimps, fish and pork spices depending on the type of soup. The noodles can be made from rice flour, wheat flour, starch or cassava flour or cassava flour. The Banh Canh are made from powder rolled into sheets and cut into large and short fibers. The soup can be used with boneless fish, fish balls, pork rolls, shrimp and meat.
